About the Career Start Program:

We are constantly looking for talents pursuing a career in the commodity industry. Our Career Start Program is designed to give you exposure to one of our core trading business areas within the Green Metal Division, such as Traffic, Treasury/Risk or LME Desk. Over time, the opportunity shall be offered to rotate between departments as an Associate and gain direct exposure to all our core trading businesses.

By working alongside and receiving on the job training from experts in their areas, paired with close interactions with traders, you will have the opportunity to learn skills and competencies vital to building a successful career in global commodities or become a commodity trader.

Skills and Experience you bring along:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • A genuine interest in commodities trading
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Self-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Goal-oriented and dedicated personality
  • Ability to identify opportunities and transforming them into results
  • High ability for networked thinking
  • Excellent English skills is a must, any other language is an advantage
  • Very good IT skills, especially Excel
