We are looking for a:
Commercial Manager- Bath Material
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Bath Material procurement and develop new supply sources.
- Plan sourcing and processing around demand, quality and costs.
- Maintain and develop relationships with external customers and supply internal customers.
- Negotiate purchase and sales contracts and manage margins.
- Provide market analysis and pricing guidance.
- Manage selected smelter key accounts and cross-sell Bathco’s products and technologies.
- Coordinate processing, quality and delivery with technical and operations teams.
- Travel internationally to smelters, customers, processors and logistics sites, approximately 20% of the time.
- Represent Bathco with counterparties.
Skills and Experience you bring along:
- Substantial hands-on experience in sales, trading or procurement of Aluminium raw materials.
- Existing network in the global aluminium industry
- A strong understanding of the smelter environment and its requirements.
- Experience negotiating contracts and developing supplier and customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English.
- An established smelter network and experience with material processing are advantages.
